You will be assigned a dedicated account manager who will be your primary point of contact. He or she will oversee your account on a daily basis to ensure that the ad spend is within range and that the campaign is performing adequately.
After we gain the necessary access to your accounts, we will perform a comprehensive analysis of your Amazon account including top-performing listings, competition, market research, customer review analysis, keyword research, and a PPC audit. From this, we will create a full strategy specific to you, your goals, and your company. This research along with the creation of a strategy will take approximately two weeks to complete.
AGM’s Amazon Team will optimize/create 3 Amazon listings per month. Optimization/creation includes extensive keyword research, which is then used for fully optimizing your product title, bullet points, descriptions, and back-end keywords. AGM’S Creative team will also create 6 product listing images and 1 30-second video, as well as 7 images for A+ Content.
All changes to listings or to the account will be approved by you before being implemented. You will be sent all images, copy, and videos for review. You can request up to 3 edits per creative.
Your dedicated Account Manager will send you monthly reports that cover the key metrics we use to measure content performance and overall growth.
Strategy calls will be scheduled once a week to facilitate coordination, review results and revise the overall strategy as needed. During this call, you can also request certain actions that we can implement with the purpose of expanding sales across all products.
In the event that Amazon shuts down one of your listings, we will take fast action to get it
reinstated. This can consist of emails, phone calls, and being on hold for hours. As a note, we cannot control how fast it will be reactivated but we will do everything in our power to get it addressed as soon as possible.
AGM’s Customer Service team will handle all aspects of customer service for you. This includes up to 80 hours of answering any customer questions, handling refunds and replacements, and addressing negative seller feedback or product reviews, etc. We’ll also manage positive seller feedback by directing customers to post it on the correct section of Amazon.
AGM’s Amazon Team will address all aspects of the health of your Amazon account including tracking inventory, late shipments, flags on your listings or account, handling hijackers and any trademark/copyright infringements.
AGM will track all inventory shipments, file all cases/claims as needed and follow up on all reimbursements.
Our graphics design team will create 20 Amazon Posts per month, and post these according to a schedule. These will be provided for reposting at the client's full discretion.
At AGM, we want to make sure that we provide you with not only RESULTS but realistic expectations. As with any Marketing Campaign, results are never instant, as much as we would all love for them to be! To ensure enough time to start your custom Marketing Campaign, evaluate and optimize our efforts, and ultimately, achieve results, this agreement would be active for a minimum of 6 months.If for some reason, you decide to discontinue our relationship, we require a 30-day notice and you will be sent a final bill that includes a 10% contract cancellation fee. This will take your remaining months in the agreement, add them up and bill you 10% of that balance.
In order to ensure your campaigns are successful, a minimum Ad Spend of $3,000 is required in order for AGM to achieve results.
AGM does not provide technical support for applications outside of those included in the deliverables.
All creatives, including but not limited to blogs, articles, emails, sales copy, landing pages, etc. are allowed up to 3 changes. Additional charges will be billed separately.
Requests above and beyond the services listed here would be considered out-of-scope and the additional service(s) would be billed separately. Where needed, an amendment to the budget will be recommended.
All invoices are due upon receipt. The total marketing retainer fee for services rendered is {total_monthly} per month + 10% of the amount spent on ads.
You shall be responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and propriety of information concerning your products and services which you furnish to us verbally or in writing in connection with the performance of this Agreement.
You agree to pay our initial (1st) invoice upon agreement of this contract. From there on, every invoice after that will have a 5-business day payment term. In the event payment is not made within 5 business days, AGM Marketing Agency will charge a late payment fee of $75 dollars per month, to cover the manpower, interest, and other costs. AGM Marketing Agency reserves the right to stop work until payment is received.
If applicable, we shall obtain releases, licenses, permits or other authorization to use testimonials, copyrighted materials, photographs, artwork or any other property or rights belonging to third parties obtained by us for use in performing services for you.
Either party to this Agreement may terminate the Agreement if the other party defaults in the performance of any of its material duties and obligations and the default is not cured within thirty (30) days of the receipt of notice of said default, or if the default is not reasonably curable within said period of time, unless the defaulting party commences cure within said period of time and diligently proceeds to cure the default.
Upon termination of this agreement provided that there is no outstanding indebtedness then owing You to AGM Marketing Agency, AGM Marketing Agency shall transfer, assign and make available to You, all property and materials in its possession or control belonging to You. You agree to pay for all costs associated with the transfer of materials.
This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida.
Except as otherwise set forth or referred to in this Agreement, this Agreement constitutes the sole and entire Agreement and understanding between the parties hereto as to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, and understandings of every kind and nature between them as to such subject matter.
If you are unhappy with the services provided, we will make every effort to correct and fix it. However, as marketing is only one portion of an organization and is contingent upon many other factors (such as sales processes, websites, lead nurturing, customer service, etc), we cannot guarantee results or offer any refunds on previous services rendered.
Your results using AGM Marketing’s services may vary from our client testimonials or case studies. Your results will be based on many variables, such as your level of effort, business acumen, personal qualities, knowledge, skills, advertising budget, and a number of other factors. Since these factors differ for each individual, we cannot guarantee your success, results, or income level, nor are we responsible for your success or failure. AGM Marketing is not a “get rich quick scheme.” It takes lots of time, effort, and dedication. We believe that we provide you with a great platform to market and grow your brand to reach the revenue goals that you desire.
You are solely responsible for any liability arising out of or related to the Client Provided Materials, as well as the Client’s use of the Product for any purpose. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AGM Marketing 2.0 Inc from and against any and all liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees and experts’ fees, associated with any claim or action brought against AGM Marketing Inc related to or arising out of the Client, Provided Materials and Client’s use of the Product for any purpose. This indemnification agreement will survive the termination of this agreement.
