You will be assigned a dedicated account manager who will be your primary point of contact. He or she will oversee your account on a daily basis to ensure that the ad spend is within range and that the campaign is performing adequately.
In order to ensure a successful campaign launch, your assigned Account Manager will perform and/or direct various necessary actions including an initial onboarding call, an overall brand audit, a basic website audit to identify conversion opportunities and any existing marketing funnels you currently have, Meta/Ad Account and Google Ads setup and optimization, competition research, dashboard setup, etc. These actions may vary depending on what is discovered during the audit and review portion of these setups.
AGM will create a written marketing strategy that includes a brand overview, a customer and competitive analysis, overall targets and goals, budgeting, our proposed marketing strategy, and other potential opportunities we could take advantage of to help you achieve your goals.
Landing pages help focus the shopper's attention through emotion, logic and great offers to help increase conversions. AGM’s Website Development team and Creative Team will create up to 1 product landing page per month. This includes the creation of up to 6 custom images and 300+ words of high-converting copy.
Note: Zipify pages app is required.
AGM’s Creative Department will create up to 6 new ad creatives per month (2 videos / 4 graphics) and multiple variations of ad copy. Our Media Buying Team will then use these to run ads and drive traffic to your website/landing page(s), etc.
Note: We highly recommend providing us with samples of your product for content creation purposes.
AGM Media Buying Team will work closely with the Web Development team to set up lead capture funnels that collect email addresses and/or phone numbers to help you build your list. These identities would then be connected to any existing email and/or SMS marketing sequences you have.* This service includes monthly updates as needed to match any changes in the overall strategy.
*Note: If you do not currently have marketing or SMS marketing sequences, we highly recommend creating one. We also offer this as an add-on service.
AGM’s Media Buying Team will run paid ads on Facebook and Instagram. This includes audience research and targeting, as well as regular monitoring and optimization of ads to ensure the best possible results.
AGM’S Media Buying Team will set up Google Branded Keywords and Google Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Ads that will tie into the marketing campaigns being run on social media platforms. In general, these ads can help boost overall brand awareness and click-through rates.
AGM's team of professional copywriters will create 5 abandoned cart or follow-up messaging sequences for email and text. We will update the theme and settings on a monthly basis in order to be 100% compliant.
Your dedicated Account Manager will send you weekly reports that cover the key metrics we use to measure ad performance and results.
This service includes one in-depth strategy call every month with your Account Manager in order to answer any questions you may have about the overall strategy and progress being made. This may sometimes include the Chief Marketing Officer or other departments as needed to stay coordinated on the implementation of your marketing plan. You’ll also be able to email your Account Manager anytime with questions you might have.
AGM will set up a custom metrics dashboard for you so that you're able to view the progress and results of our marketing efforts. You'll be able to log in at any time and view statistics, reports, creatives, and more!
Although it is not required, we highly recommend having a Shopify store due to the tremendous opportunities and advantages available on that particular platform. These features will increase the chances of profitability and customer retention.
At AGM, we want to make sure that we provide you with not only RESULTS but realistic expectations. As with any Marketing Campaign, results are never instant, as much as we would all love for them to be! To ensure enough time to start your custom Marketing Campaign, evaluate and optimize our efforts, and ultimately, achieve results, this agreement would be active for a minimum of 6 months.
If for some reason, you decide to discontinue our relationship, we require a 30-day notice and you will be sent a final bill that includes a 10% contract cancellation fee. This will take your remaining months in the agreement, add them up and bill you 10% of that balance.
In order to ensure your campaigns are successful, a minimum Ad Spend of $3,000 is required in order for AGM to achieve results.
AGM does not provide technical support for applications outside of those included in the deliverables.
All creatives, including but not limited to blogs, articles, emails, sales copy, landing pages, etc. are allowed up to 3 changes. Additional charges will be billed separately.
Requests above and beyond the services listed here would be considered out-of-scope and the additional service(s) would be billed separately. Where needed, an amendment to the budget will be recommended.
All invoices are due upon receipt. The total marketing retainer fee for services rendered is {total_monthly} per month + 10% of the amount spent on ads.
You shall be responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and propriety of information concerning your products and services which you furnish to us verbally or in writing in connection with the performance of this Agreement.
You agree to pay our initial (1st) invoice upon agreement of this contract. From there on, every invoice after that will have a 5-business day payment term. In the event payment is not made within 5 business days, AGM Marketing Agency will charge a late payment fee of $75 dollars per month, to cover the manpower, interest, and other costs. AGM Marketing Agency reserves the right to stop work until payment is received.
If applicable, we shall obtain releases, licenses, permits or other authorization to use testimonials, copyrighted materials, photographs, artwork or any other property or rights belonging to third parties obtained by us for use in performing services for you.
Either party to this Agreement may terminate the Agreement if the other party defaults in the performance of any of its material duties and obligations and the default is not cured within thirty (30) days of the receipt of notice of said default, or if the default is not reasonably curable within said period of time, unless the defaulting party commences cure within said period of time and diligently proceeds to cure the default.
Upon termination of this agreement provided that there is no outstanding indebtedness then owing You to AGM Marketing Agency, AGM Marketing Agency shall transfer, assign and make available to You, all property and materials in its possession or control belonging to You. You agree to pay for all costs associated with the transfer of materials.
This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida.
Except as otherwise set forth or referred to in this Agreement, this Agreement constitutes the sole and entire Agreement and understanding between the parties hereto as to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, and understandings of every kind and nature between them as to such subject matter.
If you are unhappy with the services provided, we will make every effort to correct and fix it. However, as marketing is only one portion of an organization and is contingent upon many other factors (such as sales processes, websites, lead nurturing, customer service, etc), we cannot guarantee results or offer any refunds on previous services rendered.
Your results using AGM Marketing’s services may vary from our client testimonials or case studies. Your results will be based on many variables, such as your level of effort, business acumen, personal qualities, knowledge, skills, advertising budget, and a number of other factors. Since these factors differ for each individual, we cannot guarantee your success, results, or income level, nor are we responsible for your success or failure. AGM Marketing is not a “get rich quick scheme.” It takes lots of time, effort, and dedication. We believe that we provide you with a great platform to market and grow your brand to reach the revenue goals that you desire.
You are solely responsible for any liability arising out of or related to the Client Provided Materials, as well as the Client’s use of the Product for any purpose. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AGM Marketing 2.0 Inc from and against any and all liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees and experts’ fees, associated with any claim or action brought against AGM Marketing Inc related to or arising out of the Client, Provided Materials and Client’s use of the Product for any purpose. This indemnification agreement will survive the termination of this agreement.
